NFRPS INDIA.

The election committee to nominate/elect held on 12/05/2021 2@ 4PM.                                                    Shree. Johny Mathew Pottamkulam, Convener of the committee Presided over the meeting and resoled the followings. 

(a) This nomination/Election committee was constituted on 14/02/2021 by the NFRPS National Committee. Election process was supposed to be begun on 01/04/2021.But the election was postponed due to a case filed by 3 people, who claimed that they are members of NFRPS.  But the court dismissed their plea on 10/04/2021.

(b) The election committee held on 12/04/21 decided to go ahead with the election process and published the voters list. Election notification along with the prescribed nomination form was sent to all the members of the NFRPS National general body on 15.04.21 by post and whatsapp as well.

(c) Only 11 nominations received for 12 different posts till 10/05/2021 5 PM.

(d) Scrutiny of all the nominations was carried out on 11/05/2021 at 4 PM. 

(e) All the 11 nominations were found valid and accepted by the Nomination/Election Committee. There was only one nomination each for each posts received and hence no election by ballot is required at all for any post. No Nomination for General Secretary Post from North Zone 2 received and kept vacant. This post can be filled by nomination later as per the NFRPS  Constitution & Bye-Laws.

(e) Hence the Nomination/Election Committee hereby declares that the candidates as per the following list against their respective posts are duly elected unanimously for the year 2021-2024.
